Please ensure that any discrepancies in your order are reported within 7 days of receiving your goods to willowscrafts@bigpomd.com. Should you need to return items via Australia Post this is the responsible of the buyer unless your order has been sent out incorrectly by Willows Crafts.  Please take care to securely re-pack the goods for return and include a letter indicating you’re your name and your contact details. Due to hygiene reasons we cannot accept exchange or returns or products that have been opened and used or change of mind, so please choose carefully.We do not refund for the subtle and unavoidable variations in colour of jars, fragrance or scent that may occur between the batches with of raw ingredients or the packaging they come in.
